In late 2012, Chef Brian Roland had a vision. This vision had been forming in his mind for the last 10 years. Something that SWFL had a high demand for, like nothing else around. Leading up to this moment, Chef Brian graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, trained under world renowned Chef Daniel Boulud, was the Executive Chef at Cru in Ft Myers, and Chops City Grill in BonitaSprings, and was now the acclaimed chef of M Waterfront Grille in Naples. He was ready to embark on a journey that would put him in a place where he could finally express himself through the art of food, and the excitement of entertaining.
In early 2013, Chef Brian opened the newest, trendy food sensation called Crave Culinaire. He and his team of passionate professionals continue to push the envelope from posh cocktail soirees, to exquisite in-home dining experiences and all sorts of catering that are bound to leave your guests wanting more.
His passion shines while creating the perfect dining experience where the highest quality ingredients are engaged in ultramodern techniques to challenge the senses and please the palate.
Launched in 2017, Venue Naples was the first of its kind in Southwest Florida, offering an upscale environment for high-end events in the area. Created by Nicole & Chef Brian Roland, Venue Naples and its event design professionals mastered their skills at creating unforgettable moments for their guests, and when the global pandemic began to impact our community, the team knew they needed to spring into action.
Due to the unique challenges posed by COVID-19, many fundraising committees, businesses, private event planners and others began struggling to fit their events into the new normal, causing concern for the future of celebrations. Armed with the experience, determination and will to help our community, Venue Naples made the decision to migrate from a traditional event space into a virtual platform instead. Because of this pivot, the Virtual Venue Southwest Florida team can now customize any event in any location, whether it is in a physical location or virtual, helping to preserve the health and safety of Southwest Florida.
Partnering with Crave Culinaire, Scott Robertson Virtual Fundraising Consultants/Auctioneers and PJ Fuerstman and the Virtual Pzazz Productions, Virtual Venue Southwest Florida offers turnkey services for charity events, business and individual celebrations to help better serve our area and the people who make it so very special.
